Erajaya Digital, a leading name in the Indonesian retail and distribution landscape, is looking for a dynamic Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our expanding team. This is a critical role within our talent pool, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing prime retail locations that align with our strategic expansion goals.
As a Site Acquisition Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between Erajaya and property owners/developers. You will play a pivotal role in driving our physical footprint growth by leveraging your negotiation prowess, site survey expertise, and local networking capabilities. Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations that meet Erajaya Digital’s strategic footprint requirements.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess technical viability, traffic patterns, and competitive density.
- Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, from initial prospecting to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and commercial real estate agents.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and operational conditions to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Operations for site feasibility analysis.
- Monitor and report on market trends to proactively identify emerging retail hotspots.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in site acquisition, retail expansion, or real estate development.
- Strong background in commercial lease negotiations and legal contract comprehension.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta property market and retail landscape.
- Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in mapping tools and site assessment reporting software.
