As a Site Acquisition Supervisor, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new sites for retail outlets, ensuring alignment with business growth strategies. You will work closely with property owners, local authorities, and internal teams to facilitate smooth site acquisition processes.
We are looking for a proactive negotiator with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of site survey methodologies. This role offers a dynamic environment where your efforts directly contribute to Erajaya's market presence in Kalimantan.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for new retail locations in Kalimantan based on market analysis and business requirements.
- Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and permits with property owners and local authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and government officials to streamline acquisition processes.
- Manage the end-to-end site acquisition pipeline, from initial scouting to final handover to construction teams.
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals, budgets, and timelines to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting site availability and costs.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure all acquisitions meet company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, site acquisition, or real estate, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Proven track record in negotiating leases, land purchases, or franchise agreements.
- Strong knowledge of site survey techniques and geographic information systems (GIS) is a plus.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in remote locations.
- Familiarity with Kalimantan's local market, regulations, and cultural nuances is highly preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Kalimantan.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
