Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition processes, from initial identification to final lease agreement signing.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to evaluate technical, legal, and commercial feasibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and local government stakeholders.
- Negotiate rental rates and contract terms to optimize cost-efficiency for the company.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and property valuation in the Makassar region.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure site readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Manage documentation and administrative filing for all acquired site assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in site acquisition, real estate development, or infrastructure expansion.
- Strong background in contract negotiation and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in site surveying tools and property data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and site potential accurately.
- Willingness to travel and perform field work extensively within the assigned region.
