You will act as the primary liaison between project engineers and installation teams, ensuring technical specifications are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily progress of site activities, troubleshooting technical challenges during product installations, and ensuring that all work strictly adheres to safety protocols and company guidelines. This is a critical role that demands strong leadership, technical aptitude, and the ability to maintain project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise Project Engineers and on-site technical teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting for product installations to resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Ensure all installations comply strictly with product manuals, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) precautions.
- Maintain detailed daily progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage on-site material availability.
- Identify potential site bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or construction management.
- Strong understanding of technical installation instructions and construction blueprints.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse on-site teams.
- Proficiency in local safety regulations and construction industry standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and apply them to real-world scenarios.
