Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive site preparation tasks, including excavation, debris removal, and staging.
- Operate specialized power tools and light machinery with high precision and safety.
- Manage the loading, unloading, and systematic organization of high-value construction materials.
- Collaborate closely with Site Supervisors to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Provide critical support to skilled trades including masonry, carpentry, and electrical teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual labor or commercial construction environments.
- Exceptional physical stamina with the ability to lift and move 60+ lbs consistently.
- Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification preferred.
- Proven ability to read and interpret basic project diagrams and safety signage.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented professional mindset.
- Reliable transportation and a documented track record of consistent punctuality.
