Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Conduct daily performance monitoring to ensure campaigns meet defined KPIs and ROAS targets.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in managing and optimizing paid social media and search campaigns.
- Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaign tactics accordingly.
- Ability to provide concrete examples or case studies of previous campaign management experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on results-oriented reporting.
- High level of proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
