Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, platform-specific content (text, image, and video).
- Actively monitor and moderate community discussions to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
- Identify and implement growth tactics to expand our digital footprint and community reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media messaging with broader marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable reports to optimize future content strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management or community building.
- Strong command of visual design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to handle community moderation and crisis communication with professional grace.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting social media analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Self-motivated team player with a high level of accountability and creativity.
