Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and maintain a dynamic social media content calendar.
- Monitor current social media trends and implement creative ideas to increase brand visibility.
- Draft engaging video scripts for short-form content (TikTok/Reels) to maximize audience retention.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to improve engagement rates.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and fostering meaningful brand interactions.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and visual guidelines.
- Research relevant topics and industry news to create timely and shareable content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or professional content writing.
- Excellent command of the English language with impeccable grammar and proofreading skills.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices (TikTok algorithms, Instagram aesthetics, LinkedIn professional tone).
- Creative thinker with a strong ability to adapt content styles for different demographics.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to work within the Bonifacio Global City area.
