Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance GiveSG's online presence and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, articles, and campaigns, tailored for each social channel.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, community feedback, and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed.
- Plan and implement social media advertising campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and fundraising outcomes.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with broader marketing and fundraising objectives.
- Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive and interactive environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within the non-profit, fundraising, or agency sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency in content creation, including strong copywriting, basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing skills.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for audience engagement.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
