You will also be responsible for managing paid social advertising campaigns, coordinating with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality assets, and staying up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and emerging tools. Regular reporting to senior leadership will involve presenting insights, ROI analysis, and actionable recommendations to continually improve our social media ROI. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across multiple platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, responding promptly to engage the community.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and support promotional initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry best practices, platform updates, and emerging social media trends.
- Manage online reputation and address any customer feedback or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their advertising tools.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging multimedia content.
