Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (graphics, videos, copy) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Manage and nurture our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and converting conversations into leads.
- Implement advanced organic lead generation tactics, including SEO-optimized content, lead magnets, and strategic calls-to-action.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the design and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with ongoing projects and sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the content editorial calendar and coordinate with external freelancers (photographers, videographers, graphic designers) as needed to ensure a steady flow of fresh content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including their algorithms and best practices.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to craft messages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing software.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proven experience in tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
