Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Design, film, and edit high-quality visual content (photos/videos) that align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering active discussions.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the retail or healthcare industry.
