Responsibilities
- Drive individual and clinic-wide sales performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the clinic team to deliver world-class customer service and sales excellence.
- Conduct professional consultations with clients to recommend tailored premium aesthetic packages and services.
- Implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize the lifetime value of each client.
- Analyze daily sales reports and clinic KPIs to identify trends and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage client relationships and handle high-level inquiries or feedback to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee clinic administration and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional activities and drive new foot traffic to the Bogor Taman Yasmin location.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management, specifically within the beauty, aesthetic clinic, or luxury retail sectors.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding high-volume sales targets.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of aesthetic industry trends and skincare service protocols.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and financial reports.
