Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual and clinic sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to promote premium skincare packages and treatments.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell relevant products and add-on services to maximize revenue per client.
- Ensure a luxurious and welcoming customer experience for all visitors and members.
- Maintain accurate sales records, inventory levels, and client databases using CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior sales associates on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or luxury retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining high service standards.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, as required by clinic operations.
- Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients and treatments is highly desirable.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
