Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests, ensuring a premium check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage the appointment booking system with high accuracy, handling both walk-ins and phone inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting reception area, ensuring it reflects the spa's professional standards.
- Coordinate with therapists and staff to manage service flow and minimize guest wait times.
- Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and social media messages professionally.
- Process payments accurately and maintain daily sales records and reports.
- Educate clients on spa services, packages, and promotional offers to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front-desk, customer service, or hospitality roles (spa experience is a significant advantage).
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with booking software and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
