In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our client's operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the finance department with day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will work closely with the finance team to handle accounts payable/receivable, ledger reconciliation, and tax documentation. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform accurate bank and general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and process journal entries to ensure all financial records are up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax reporting (PPh, PPN).
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting workflows and improve internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative consulting team.
  • Strong integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial data.
