Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute operational and financial audits across various company departments.
  • Identify process weaknesses and internal control deficiencies, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management, highlighting key findings and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and corporate policies.
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits and site visits to verify asset existence and condition.
  • Assist in the development of audit programs to enhance monitoring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve audit issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in internal or external audit (fresh graduates with strong academic track records are welcome to apply).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel/Word).
