Responsibilities
- Plan and execute operational and financial audits across various company departments.
- Identify process weaknesses and internal control deficiencies, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management, highlighting key findings and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and corporate policies.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and site visits to verify asset existence and condition.
- Assist in the development of audit programs to enhance monitoring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve audit issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in internal or external audit (fresh graduates with strong academic track records are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional integrity.
- Ability to travel as required for audit assignments.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is highly preferred.
