Responsibilities
- Managing and monitoring daily cash flow activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Performing accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Handling petty cash management and bank reconciliation processes.
- Preparing periodic financial reports including accounts payable and receivable tracking.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax documentation and statutory financial filings.
- Collaborating with internal departments to verify transaction data and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintaining organized financial documentation and filing systems in accordance with company standards.
- Supporting the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance/Accounting Staff or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
