PT Pop Star is currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Staff Marker to join our production team in Bandung. In this role, you will play a critical part in our garment manufacturing process, ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality in every pattern created.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of garment construction and technical pattern making. You will be responsible for digitizing, grading, and creating markers to optimize fabric usage, directly impacting the company's production efficiency. Responsibilities
- Create accurate garment patterns based on design specifications and tech packs.
- Perform marker making to maximize fabric utilization and minimize waste.
- Utilize Lectra software for digital pattern grading and marker generation.
- Collaborate with the production and sample teams to ensure design integrity.
- Review and adjust patterns based on fit comments and production feedback.
- Maintain organized digital libraries of all developed patterns and markers.
- Monitor production output to ensure patterns are functioning correctly on the factory floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in pattern making for the garment industry.
- Highly proficient in using Lectra software.
- Educational background minimum SMA/SMK (Technical diploma in Fashion Design or related fields is a plus).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and grading techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical sketches and measurement charts accurately.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
