Responsibilities
- Ensure the store operates efficiently by managing daily opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock checks, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
- Supervise and assist in visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints swiftly.
- Process sales transactions accurately on the POS system and handle cash management.
- Monitor and enforce store policies and safety regulations to create a secure shopping environment.
- Assist in training new team members and fostering a positive team culture.
- Prepare operational reports for management, tracking sales performance and stock movement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (SMU/SMK); a degree in Business or related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail operational or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and store operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
