Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the store, providing professional product consultations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our inventory, specifically notebook specifications and software.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Create an inviting store atmosphere by ensuring merchandise displays are clean and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with a professional attitude.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or IT hardware.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- High energy, target-oriented, and professional appearance.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
