Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the petrol station to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of frontline staff to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Handle cash management, financial reporting, and administrative documentation accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Maintain the cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the station premises.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail, convenience store, or fuel industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
