Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Stewardship & Content Officer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team in Manila.

In this critical role, you will play a key part in strengthening the Foundation's stewardship capability. You will be responsible for creating compelling, donor-centric content that drives engagement, retention, and upgrades across multiple channels. You will ensure that every interaction a donor has with our brand is meaningful, consistent, and reinforces their decision to support our sight-restoring programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel stewardship and communications plans for individual donors and prospects.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (emails, newsletters, web copy, case studies, social media posts) that drives donor retention and upgrades.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of donor journeys, ensuring timely and targeted communications.
  • Support the curation and development of compelling impact stories from the field.
  • Collaborate with the wider Philanthropy team to ensure a seamless and personalized donor experience.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and ensure all content aligns with the Foundation's brand voice and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of stewardship communications, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content creation, marketing communications, or fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with a proven ability to tailor tone and style for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing donor stewardship or customer retention campaigns.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Engaging Networks).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
