We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Head (Supervisor) to oversee daily store operations, ensure SOP compliance, and drive team performance. As a Store Head, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock management, and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor compliance with SOPs across recruitment, training, development, and promotional activities.
- Oversee financial transactions, stock management, and operational processes to ensure store efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock records.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure the store meets all safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for headquarters and coordinate with regional management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail or related industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with retail management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Willing to be placed in East Java (Jawa Timur) and available for contract assignment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both oral and written).
