Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor strict SOP compliance regarding recruitment, training, and development to maintain organizational standards.
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including finance, stock inventory, and promotional execution.
- Drive store sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to store staff to improve service quality and sales techniques.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent store visual merchandising and service standards.
- Coordinate with regional management to analyze sales reports and implement corrective actions for performance optimization.
- Maintain strict control over operational costs and store shrinkage to ensure profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to be placed in the Sumatera Selatan region.
- Deep understanding of inventory management and retail financial reporting.
