Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor SOP compliance for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock, and operations to ensure store adherence to company standards.
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Oversee financial transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliation in accordance with policies.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure store appearance, merchandising, and promotional displays align with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to recommend improvements and drive revenue growth.
- Report operational issues and escalate concerns to regional management promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management or supervisory role, preferably in consumer products retail.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, SOPs, and inventory management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
