Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor and enforce SOP compliance regarding recruitment, staff training, and development.
- Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy to minimize shrinkage and optimize availability.
- Coordinate promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Supervise financial reports, cash handling procedures, and operational budgeting.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze store performance data to implement corrective actions and growth strategies.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in the retail or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control and finance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be willing to be based in or relocate to the Banjarmasin area.
