Erajaya, a leading retail player in Indonesia, is expanding its talent pool and looking for a dedicated Store Leader (Supervisor) to join our team in Palangkaraya. As a Store Leader, you will be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring that every operational aspect meets our high standards of excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, championing our service culture, and ensuring full compliance with company SOPs across all departments, including recruitment, training, sales, and inventory management. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance environment that delivers exceptional customer experiences while achieving business targets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure total compliance with company SOPs regarding recruitment, training, and operational workflows.
- Monitor and analyze store financial performance, stock levels, and promotional activities.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure store cleanliness, security, and visual merchandising standards are met.
- Manage inventory accuracy and lead stock-take procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Coordinate with regional offices for operational support and reporting.
- Foster a positive work culture and facilitate ongoing staff training and development.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Business or Management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in retail operational management, including stock control and cash handling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be placed in Palangkaraya and readiness to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
