Responsibilities
- Ensure total compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across all store functions including recruitment, training, and development.
- Monitor and drive operational performance regarding promotional activities, inventory management, and stock accuracy.
- Oversee financial reporting, cash handling, and daily store budget management to ensure profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain store aesthetic and product merchandising standards in line with corporate guidelines.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations to ensure a premium brand experience.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing strategies and local promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Management or Business preferred).
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in the retail or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and retail management software (POS systems).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Pontianak and committed to company values and SOP compliance.
