As a Store Leader, you won't just manage a store; you will analyze business metrics, optimize operational workflows, and mentor a team to deliver an exceptional retail experience. We are looking for leaders who are data-driven, comfortable navigating retail KPIs like ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and Conversion Rates to scale our business operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive store performance by monitoring and analyzing key retail metrics (ATV, UPT, Conversion).
- Implement efficient store management systems to improve operational workflows.
- Lead, coach, and inspire store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and store visual merchandising are consistently met.
- Manage inventory levels and product replenishment to maximize availability.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or store supervision.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics: ATV, UPT, and Conversion Rate.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to dynamic store requirements.
