Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance by monitoring and analyzing key retail metrics (ATV, UPT, Conversion).
  • Implement efficient store management systems to improve operational workflows.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and store visual merchandising are consistently met.
  • Manage inventory levels and product replenishment to maximize availability.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or store supervision.
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics: ATV, UPT, and Conversion Rate.
