Are you a natural leader with a passion for the retail gadget industry? Planet Gadget is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Store Person-in-Charge (PIC) to join our team in Cirebon. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that every customer experience is seamless and every operational standard is met with excellence.
As the Store PIC, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing store staff, and ensuring that our retail space adheres strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills to maintain store efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all daily retail store operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure all store activities strictly comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and reduce shrinkage.
- Supervise, train, and mentor store staff to maintain high service quality and professional conduct.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain brand reputation.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to create an engaging shopping environment.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational challenges for management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or retail management role, preferably in electronics or mobile gadgets.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a retail team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving operational issues.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
