We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor Motor to join our team in the Ciledug area. Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and visit potential customers to verify documentation and personal information.
- Analyze and assess the credibility and repayment capability of loan applicants.
- Ensure all survey reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within the specified timeframe.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with local dealers and potential leads.
- Conduct regular monitoring of assets and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in every client interaction.
- Provide feedback to the credit department regarding findings during the field verification process.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a surveyor or in a field-based sales/verification role is a plus.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a private vehicle.
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of honesty and integrity.
- Good knowledge of the Ciledug and Tangerang area.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet daily targets.
- Proficient in using mobile devices for digital reporting.
