Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Provide timely technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively perform troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Assist in network administration including LAN/WAN setup and configuration.
- Manage system backups, patch management, and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in system support or technical troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
