Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Provide timely technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively perform troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
  • Assist in network administration including LAN/WAN setup and configuration.
  • Manage system backups, patch management, and security protocols.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in system support or technical troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
