In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision in our day-to-day accounting activities and full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation of bank and cash transactions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
  • Handle tax calculations, reporting, and filing (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and PPN) in accordance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the integrity of financial documentation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Assist in preparing for annual tax audits and provide necessary documentation for external tax consultants.
  • Monitor and update tax policies to ensure the company remains compliant with the latest government regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or tax role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Laws and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent attention to detail with high integrity and work ethics.
