Job Description

SAN Group is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Specialist to join our finance team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax administration, preparing and filing SPT (Annual Tax Return), calculating VAT (PPN) and income tax (PPh), ensuring compliance with prevailing tax regulations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external tax authorities. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in accounting or taxation, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency with tax software and MS Excel. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (SPT) for corporate entities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required financial data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tax compliance or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, SPT).
  • Proficiency with tax software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
