As a Tax Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company’s tax compliance, managing tax reporting, and optimizing tax efficiency in accordance with Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25/29, and PPN) accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile tax data with general ledger accounts to ensure financial integrity.
  • Maintain comprehensive tax documentation and files for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and stay updated with current Indonesian tax regulations and their implications on business operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather data required for tax reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
  • Handle tax verification and assessment requests from tax authorities.
  • Provide support for external audit processes and periodic tax reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in taxation, corporate accounting, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and accounting software.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
  • Possess a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
