Responsibilities

  • Proactively create new sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calling.
  • Build trust and rapport with potential clients through active listening and effective communication.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to successfully converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Deliver engaging presentations of The Citadel Group's services to potential clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
