M-Commerce Corporation is seeking a creative and data-driven TikTok Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence on the world's fastest-growing short-form video platform.
As our TikTok Content Strategist, you will lead the charge in ideating, executing, and optimizing high-impact content campaigns. You will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and creators to develop compelling content briefs that resonate with our target audience, boost engagement, and drive conversions. If you have a keen eye for viral trends, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to turn brand goals into captivating video concepts, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an end-to-end content strategy tailored for TikTok to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to conceptualize content angles, scripts, and production briefs.
- Monitor TikTok trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, including briefing, coordinating with creators, and final content review.
- Analyze key performance metrics (views, shares, engagement, conversion rates) and prepare actionable reports for management.
- Optimize video assets based on A/B testing and platform performance analytics.
- Foster long-term partnerships with creators and micro-influencers to ensure consistent brand representation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, specifically with a strong focus on TikTok.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer or KOL campaigns.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm dynamics, and community management.
- Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling narratives that align with brand objectives.
