Responsibilities

  • Accurately record and maintain employee work hours, attendance, and leave data using designated timekeeping systems.
  • Process and verify timesheets, clock-in/out records, and other time-related documentation for payroll submission.
  • Monitor and track employee adherence to established schedules and company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
  • Generate regular attendance reports, summaries, and analyses for management and human resources departments.
  • Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies or inquiries from employees and supervisors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain organized, confidential, and up-to-date employee timekeeping records in compliance with company and labor law standards.
  • Assist with basic HR administrative tasks related to attendance management, leave requests, and employee record updates.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a dedicated timekeeping, HR administrative, or payroll support role is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in timekeeping software/systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is required.
