Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record daily employee attendance, ensuring all logs are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Verify time-in and time-out records to identify and resolve discrepancies or missing data.
  • Prepare and organize timekeeping reports for payroll processing on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with department heads to track and validate overtime, leaves, and absences.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding timekeeping policies, leave balances, and attendance records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and personnel information at all times.
  • Assist in the generation of monthly attendance summaries and performance tracking reports.
  • Support HR administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, or general office support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data filtering) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Makati City, Metro Manila.
