Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs across production, quality, and administrative departments
- Design and develop curriculum for technical skills, safety protocols, and leadership development
- Conduct engaging training sessions using blended learning methodologies (in-person/digital)
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics
- Manage learning management systems and training documentation
- Stay current with industry best practices in textile manufacturing techniques
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training or talent development
- Strong instructional design skills with adult learning theory knowledge
- Experience in textile or manufacturing industry preferred
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms (Articulate, Moodle)
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to develop measurable training outcomes
