Responsibilities
- Listen to drive-thru audio recordings and convert them accurately into written text
- Transcribe customer interactions with AI systems with high precision and attention to detail
- Review and edit transcriptions to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, and completeness
- Meet daily transcription targets and maintain consistent quality standards
- Identify and flag unclear audio segments or ambiguous content for review
- Follow established formatting guidelines and style requirements for all transcriptions
- Collaborate with the team to improve transcription processes and efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards at all times
Qualifications
- Proficient in English with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand various accents and speech patterns
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40-50 words per minute)
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and quality work
- Experience in transcription or data entry is advantageous but not required
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Availability to work part-time hours with flexible scheduling
