Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and loyalty programs.
- Provide accurate information on flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as average handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first‑contact resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on travel industry trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous).

- Resident of Makati City or willing to relocate to Metro Manila.
