Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily monitoring and reconciliation of bank accounts and treasury positions.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on daily cash flow and liquidity status for management review.
- Support the execution of treasury transactions in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial records and audit trails.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external financial institutions to facilitate smooth settlement processes.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies in financial data to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in periodic treasury audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) mandates.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or cash management is highly preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, treasury workflows, and financial accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced environment of a government financial institution.
