Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
