Q2 Hr Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in the vibrant business district of Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
In this contractual role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end vendor lifecycle for our data provider partners. Your primary focus will be on vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage vendor sourcing activities including market research, supplier identification, and vendor selection processes
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure favorable terms for the organization
- Monitor vendor performance through KPIs and regular evaluations to ensure service quality standards are met
- Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient vendor management strategies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with business requirements
- Prepare reports and documentation on vendor activities, costs, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related roles
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling vendor contracts
- Proficiency in vendor evaluation and performance tracking methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with data provider services or similar BPO industry experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and vendor management software
