Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital infrastructure investment lifecycle from sourcing to exit
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and financial modeling for opportunity evaluation
- Structure complex cross-border transactions in digital asset classes
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including operators, vendors, and regulators
- Develop innovative investment strategies aligned with Macquarie's digital infrastructure thesis
- Drive portfolio value creation through active asset management and operational oversight
- Monitor regulatory landscape and technological advancements affecting digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing
- Proven track record executing digital infrastructure transactions (data centers, telecom, cloud)
- Expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction structuring
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's digital infrastructure market and regulatory environment
- Strong network of industry contacts in Asia's digital infrastructure sector
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to assess complex technical and financial risks
