In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand vision to life through compelling video content that resonates with our audience. We are looking for someone who excels at managing the entire video production lifecycle—from initial concept and filming to post-production polishing.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging digital assets for various platforms. The ideal candidate has an excellent eye for composition, a deep understanding of modern editing software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital advertisements, and corporate projects.
- Set up professional lighting, audio, and camera equipment for studio or on-location shoots.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video narratives using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Manage pre-production tasks including storyboarding, script reviewing, and shoot scheduling.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align video content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Maintain and organize a library of raw footage and project files for future use.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging video trends, techniques, and platform-specific content requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Cinematography, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of cinematography techniques, camera settings, and lighting setups.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound design is highly desirable.
- Ability to work full-time from our Jakarta Selatan office.
