Responsibilities
- Develop, revise, and present innovative design concepts and floor layouts to the Merchandising team.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for all in-store visual displays and promotional installations.
- Provide clear, actionable briefs to retail staff regarding display arrangement and product placement.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all locations.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to execute seasonal campaigns and product launches effectively.
- Manage inventory levels of display materials and coordinate the procurement of necessary fixtures and props.
- Analyze sales data and customer traffic patterns to optimize layout designs for improved conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
- Strong aesthetic sense with a proven track record of creating high-impact retail displays.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or SketchUp).
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide and motivate store personnel.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- High level of adaptability and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
