You will be responsible for defining the visual strategy across our regional footprint, translating marketing goals into high-impact in-store displays. From planning new product introductions (NPI) to conducting regular store audits, your expertise will ensure that every customer touchpoint reflects Erajaya’s premium standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive visual merchandising guidelines that elevate the brand image across all regional stores.
- Lead the display planning and implementation process for all New Product Introductions (NPI) to maximize sell-through and engagement.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure strict adherence to visual standards and provide actionable feedback to store managers.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to optimize floor layouts and display placement for top-performing products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and procurement teams to align in-store campaigns with seasonal promotions and product launches.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to retail staff on effective visual maintenance and display execution.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring resources are utilized effectively to achieve store aesthetic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail, electronics, or fashion sector.
- Strong aesthetic sense with a deep understanding of customer journey and retail space planning.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or AutoCAD/Sketchup is a major plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and translate it into visual strategy.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
